云同步：换台 Mac，接着用Cloud sync: switch Macs and pick up where you left off
登录同一个账户，待办、笔记、设置和记忆在每台 Mac 上都在。重装、换电脑、第二台 Mac，都不用从头开始。Sign in with the same account and your to-dos, notes, settings and memory are on every Mac. Reinstall, switch computers or add a second Mac without starting over.

剪贴板历史不同步。截图、生成的图片、专注记录与统计、菜单栏布局、便签在屏幕上的位置也只留在各自的 Mac 上。Clipboard history isn't synced. Screenshots, generated images, Focus history and stats, menu bar layout and the on-screen position of stickies also stay on each Mac.
它会怎么工作How it will work
- 登录即同步。Sign in, and it syncs. 推出后登录即默认开启；已经在用的老用户升级后会看到一次「开启同步」，你点了才开始。Once it launches, it's on by default when you sign in; existing users see a one-time “Turn on sync” after updating, and nothing moves until you choose to.
- 第二台 Mac 上两边都有数据？Data on both Macs? 会问你一次：「合并」（推荐）或「用云端数据替换」。替换前，本机数据先备份 30 天。不提供「用本机覆盖云端」，因为那会清掉另一台 Mac 的东西。You're asked once: “Merge” (recommended) or “Replace with cloud data”. Before replacing, local data is backed up for 30 days. There's no “overwrite the cloud with this Mac”, because that would wipe your other Mac.
- 离线照常用。Offline just works. 改动先写进本机，联网后自动同步，不报错。改完几秒内另一台 Mac 打开面板就能看到。Edits are saved locally first and sync when you're back online, without errors. Open the panel on the other Mac a few seconds later and the change is there.
- 冲突很少见，处理得安静。Conflicts are rare and quiet. 同一条待办两边各改一个字段，两边都保留；同一条笔记正文两边都改过，两个版本都留下，面板提示一次。Edit different fields of the same to-do on two Macs and both survive; edit the same note's text on both and both versions are kept, with one notice in the panel.
- 退出登录保留本机数据。Signing out keeps local data. 想清掉这台 Mac 上已同步的数据，勾一下就行；剪贴板不受影响。在账户里移除一台 Mac，它就停止同步，本机数据仍在。Tick a box if you also want the synced data removed from this Mac; the clipboard is untouched. Remove a Mac from your account and it stops syncing, keeping its local copy.
数据怎么存How it's stored · 同步的数据加密传输、加密存储，只有你的账户能访问。服务端在处理请求时解密，所以重新登录就能恢复，不需要恢复密钥。删除账户时同步数据立即删除。详见Synced data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only your account can access it. The server decrypts while serving your request, which is why signing in again restores everything without a recovery key. Deleting your account deletes synced data at once.
