数据与同步Data & sync

数据在哪里Where your data lives
KeyFlow 的数据都在 ~/Library/Application Support/KeyFlow 里，「设置 › 数据与同步 › 数据文件夹 › 在访达中显示」可以直接打开。待办与笔记、剪贴板历史、对话、记忆与技能都加密保存，密钥在你的钥匙串里。Everything KeyFlow keeps is under ~/Library/Application Support/KeyFlow; Settings › Data & Sync › Data folder › Show in Finder opens it. To-dos and notes, clipboard history, conversations, memory and skills are stored encrypted, with the key in your Keychain.
- 效率统计只记录哪一天、哪个功能用了几次，不记录按了哪些键或用了哪些应用。Usage stats record only which day, which feature and how many times, never which keys or which apps.
- 学习记录（语音和 AI 输入的文字片段）默认保留 30 天；对话只由你删除；专注记录保留 90 天。The learning log (text snippets from voice and AI input) is kept 30 days; conversations are deleted only by you; Focus history is kept 90 days.
- 导出：「通用 › 导出配置」导出设置；「个人 › 导出…」导出记忆、风格和技能（Markdown）；待办面板可以导出 Markdown。Export: General › Export settings; Personal › Export… writes memory, style and skills as Markdown; the Today panel exports Markdown too.
AI 功能发送什么What AI features send
只有你主动触发时才发送，服务器记录用量和费用，不写入你的文字。「设置 › 数据与同步 › AI 功能发送什么」里也有这一份说明。Sent only when you trigger a feature; our servers record usage and cost, not your text. The same list is under Settings › Data & Sync › What AI features send.

云同步（即将推出）Cloud sync (coming at launch)
同步什么，不同步什么？What syncs, and what doesn't?
试用和 Pro 期间：设置、待办与笔记、记忆 / 风格 / 技能、对话四个类别都可以同步，各有开关。剪贴板历史不同步；截图、生成的图片、专注记录与统计、菜单栏布局、便签位置只留在各自的 Mac 上。During the trial and Pro: settings, to-dos & notes, memory / style / skills, and conversations can all sync. Each category has its own switch. Clipboard history isn't synced; screenshots, generated images, Focus history and stats, menu bar layout and sticky positions stay on each Mac.
怎么开启？How do I turn it on?
新登录的用户默认开启。已经在用的用户升级后会看到一次「开启同步」；也可以随时在「设置 › 数据与同步」打开。On by default for new sign-ins. Existing users see a one-time “Turn on sync” after updating, and it's always available under Settings › Data & Sync.
第二台 Mac 上已经有数据了？My second Mac already has data.
第一次登录时会问你一次：「合并」（推荐，列表取并集，设置以云端为准）或「用云端数据替换」（本机数据先备份到 KeyFlow/Backups，保留 30 天）。做出选择之前不会上传任何东西。On first sign-in you're asked once: “Merge” (recommended; lists are combined, settings follow the cloud) or “Replace with cloud data” (local data is first backed up to KeyFlow/Backups for 30 days). Nothing is uploaded until you choose.
两台 Mac 同时改了同一条怎么办？What if I edit the same item on two Macs?

离线、订阅到期、空间满了？Offline, subscription ended, storage full?
离线时改动照常保存，联网后自动同步，状态行显示「离线，联网后自动同步」。试用或订阅结束后同步暂停，本机和云端的数据都不动，订阅后接着同步。云端空间有上限，满了之后新记录只保存在本机，已有记录照常同步，永远不删除任何数据。Offline edits are saved and sync when you reconnect; the status line says so. When the trial or subscription ends, syncing pauses while local and cloud copies stay put; subscribing resumes it. Cloud storage has a per-account limit; when full, new items stay on this Mac while existing ones keep syncing, and nothing is ever deleted.
怎么停止或删除云端数据？How do I stop syncing or delete cloud data?
关掉「设置 › 数据与同步」的总开关即可停止。「删除云端数据…」清空云端并关闭同步，本机数据不动。删除账号时同步数据立即删除。Turn off the main switch under Settings › Data & Sync. “Delete cloud data…” clears the cloud and turns sync off, leaving this Mac's data alone. Deleting your account deletes synced data at once.
数据怎么加密？在哪里存？How is it encrypted, and where is it stored?
传输用 TLS；每条记录在服务端用你账户专属的密钥加密后存储，数据库里只有密文；只有你的账户能访问。不是端到端加密：服务端在处理请求时解密，所以重新登录就能恢复，不需要恢复密钥。存储在 Supabase（东京区域）。TLS in transit; each record is encrypted on the server with a key specific to your account before it's stored, so the database holds only ciphertext, and only your account can access it. It isn't end-to-end encryption: the server decrypts while serving your request, which is why signing in again restores everything without a recovery key. Storage is on Supabase in the Tokyo region.
备份与恢复Backup & restore
现在：用「通用 › 导出配置」备份设置，待办面板和「个人」页可以导出 Markdown；数据文件夹可以整体拷贝。云同步（即将推出）推出后，登录同一个账户就能恢复待办、笔记、设置和记忆。Today: back up settings with General › Export, export Markdown from the Today panel and the Personal page, or copy the data folder as a whole. Once cloud sync arrives (coming at launch), signing in with the same account restores to-dos, notes, settings and memory.
